Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Anime97 (anime97.com).
All of our products are made to order (Print-on-Demand), so our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while protecting product quality.


1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if there is an issue with your order.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Because all items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Choosing the wrong size, color, or design

  • Entering an incorrect shipping address

  • Buyer’s remorse

We do accept returns or replacements for:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Incorrect items (wrong design, size, or color compared to your order)

  • Printing errors or quality issues

  • Items that arrive with significant manufacturing defects

To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. You’ll also need your order number and photo/video evidence showing the issue.


3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at support@anime97.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect / wrong item

If your return is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label (if required)

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Packages returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The print quality is incorrect

  • You received the wrong item

  • Anything is missing from your order

We will evaluate the issue and correct it promptly through a replacement or refund.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom-made POD products without defects

  • Items returned after the 30-day window

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

6. Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer direct size/color exchanges.

If a product qualifies for a return due to an issue, you may place a new order after the refund or resolution is processed.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (or review your photo evidence), we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
